How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. For Klang Valley, expect 5–10 working days. East Malaysia and other states may take longer. You'll receive a tracking update once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You'll always see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.
🛠️ Assembly & Setup
Do the products require assembly?
Most Moof Nook pieces require light assembly. Each product comes with clear step-by-step instructions. No professional help needed — just a screwdriver and you are good to go!
Do I need to drill into walls?
No drilling required. All our furniture is freestanding and renter-friendly — perfect if you're renting and can't make permanent changes to your space. However, some pieces do have the option to be wall-anchored for extra support, totally up to you.

Can I mix and match Tatabox modules?
Yes! Tatabox is designed to be modular. You can combine different drawer and flip-up units to build the tatami configuration that fits your room perfectly.
What is the weight capacity of the Tatabox surface?
The Tatabox is built to support normal sleeping and seating use. We recommend contacting us directly if you have specific load requirements.
Does the Laawa Wardrobe come in different colours?
Yes, Laawa is available in several colour combinations. Check the individual product page for the current available options, or reach out to us and we'll help you find the right fit.
Are your products suitable for small apartments?
Absolutely — that's exactly what we design for. All our pieces are sized for Malaysian apartment living, with flexibility to rearrange or move as your needs change.

We accept major credit/debit cards, online banking (FPX), and e-wallets. All options are available at checkout.
Are prices inclusive of GST/SST?
All prices displayed are final — no hidden taxes added at checkout.
🔄 Returns & After-Sales
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right. Please note that certain items may be final sale and will be clearly marked before purchase.
What if a part is missing or damaged during delivery?
Reach out to us at hello@moofnook.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement part as quickly as possible.
Can I return a product just because I changed my mind?
Due to the nature of furniture, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. We encourage you to check dimensions carefully before purchasing — feel free to contact us if you need help sizing your space.
